Important Notes

Print the form and put a copy in the package with your item for service.
Wohler USA will generate a return label at UPS and a driver will pick up your pre-packaged return.
Unless clearance $ limit is exceeded, an evaluation with price quote for repair will be emailed, faxed, or phoned to you as soon as the evaluation is completed (usually within 24 hours of receipt at Wohler USA.)
